don't mind me

In May, my daughter's drum lessons came to an end.  She enjoyed learning how to play and in the last few sessions was getting really good.  She was having a great time with her drum solos!!  She is looking forward to continuing in the fall with the same instructor.  A boy that lived down the street has his own full drum set and told her that she could practice whenever she wanted, but his drum set was all in boxes!  Now, they've moved.  I've looked into getting her a set, but in addition to being a lot of money, I'm afraid of her losing interest and then being stuck with them.  Her birthday is in October, so we'll see.
